During this three-day hands-on training, dive into Alexis Bouillet’s world with 12 to 15 recipes focusing on modern pastry techniques. Enhance your skills in working with laminated dough for various applications such as classic pastries, twists, pain Suisse, King pies, cruffins, and much more. 

Alexis Bouillet will also share some of his signature masterpieces, including the “Golden Snitch” and the delicious “Isigny Caramel Flan.”
