Class Attendance

All classes will be held at the premises of Eustralis Food, located at A2/1-3 Rodborough Road, Frenchs Forest NSW 2086 (Access Via Allambie Road into Capital Business Park), Frenchs Forest, Sydney. Free onsite parking is available, and public transport options are accessible with nearby bus stops.

Students are required to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.

Booking Confirmation & Payment

To secure a place in the class, please complete the registration form and email it to latelier@eustralis.com.au.

Upon receipt of your booking form, one of our team members will contact you to confirm receipt and send you the invoice via email.

Payment can be made by credit card (over the phone) or bank transfer.

Participation in the class will be confirmed upon receipt of full payment before the scheduled start date. Failure to make full payment prior to the class start date may result in cancellation of the registration without prior notice.

Please note that class sizes are limited, and places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellations

Made by the participant:

L’Atelier by Eustralis operates a strict no-refund policy for cancellations made within 30 days preceding the class. Cancellations made outside this 30-day period will receive a credit note (valid for 12 months) to book another class at L’Atelier Eustralis.

Made by L’Atelier By Eustralis:

L’Atelier Eustralis reserves the right to modify or cancel a confirmed event without prior notice. While we make every effort to adhere to the scheduled events, unforeseen circumstances or insufficient student numbers may require changes or cancellations.

In the event of a cancellation, students will receive a credit note equivalent to the value of their booking.
