Before You Book

Simply fill out the online booking form. Once submitted, we’ll send you an email to confirm your booking along with the invoice.

Northern Beaches (approximately 1h from Sydney Airport)

Enter via Allambie Road into the Capital Business Park. Free parking is available on-site.

We have a limit of 14 people per masterclass.

If you need to stay somewhere close to L'Atelier, we’ve secured a special deal with a local hotel. Once your booking is confirmed, the booking link/code will be shared in your confirmation email.

Your Masterclass Experience

- Morning tea.

- Catered lunch (please inform us of any dietary requirements).

- Drinks (water, tea, coffee).

- Aprons for participants.

- Comfortable working shoes.

- A vest (kitchen-friendly attire).

- A refillable water bottle.

Day One

- 8.30-9am: Participant welcome & breakfast

- 9am: Masterclass begins.

- 12.30-1.15pm: Lunch Eustralis Food & Brand presentation.

- 1.15-5pm: Masterclass resumes.

Day Two

- 8.30-9am: Participant arrival & breakfast

- 9am: Masterclass begins.

- 12.30-1.15pm: Lunch & Brand presentation.

- 1.15-5pm: Masterclass resumes.

Day Three

- 8.30-9am: Participant arrival & breakfast

- 9am: Masterclass begins.

- 12.30-1.15pm: Lunch.

- 1.15-5pm: Masterclass, buffet setup, and tasting
