TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Class Attendance

All classes will be held at the premises of Eustralis Food, located at A2/1-3 Rodborough Road, Frenchs Forest NSW 2086 (Access Via Allambie Road into Capital Business Park), Frenchs Forest, Sydney. Free onsite parking is available, and public transport options are accessible with nearby bus stops. Students are required to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.

Booking Confirmation & Payment

To secure a place in the class, please complete the registration form and email it to latelier@eustralis.com.au. Upon receipt of your booking form, one of our team members will contact you to confirm receipt and send you the invoice via email. Payment can be made by credit card (over the phone) or bank transfer. Participation in the class will be confirmed upon receipt of full payment before the scheduled start date. Failure to make full payment prior to the class start date may result in cancellation of the registration without prior notice. Please note that class sizes are limited, and places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellations (made by the participant)

L’Atelier by Eustralis operates a strict no-refund policy for cancellations made within 30 days preceding the class. Cancellations made outside this 30-day period will receive a credit note (valid for 12 months) to book another class at L’Atelier by Eustralis.

Cancellations (made by L’Atelier By Eustralis)

L’Atelier by Eustralis reserves the right to modify or cancel a confirmed event without prior notice. While we make every effort to adhere to the scheduled events, unforeseen circumstances or insufficient student numbers may require changes or cancellations. In the event of a cancellation, students will receive a credit note equivalent to the value of their booking.

Photo & Video Consent

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the participant hereby consents to Eustralis Food, and L’Atelier By Eustralis using and publishing their name, as well as the photographs and/or videos listed below (which may contain their image), in any of their publications and materials (including written, electronic, or multimedia materials) for distribution worldwide. This includes Eustralis Food, and L’Atelier By Eustralis’ websites and digital channels, for educational, promotional, or reporting purposes.

The participant understands that information published on the internet is accessible to millions of users worldwide, may be indexed by search engines, and may be copied and used by any web user. Therefore, the participant acknowledges that once the photograph and/or video is published online, Eustralis Food, and L’Atelier By Eustralis will have no control over its subsequent use and disclosure.

Additionally, the participant acknowledges that they are not entitled to any remuneration, royalties, or any other payment from Eustralis Food, or L’Atelier By Eustralis in respect of the use of the photographs and/or videos for the lifetime of the publication/s.
