Our chefs have completed an incredible 3-day Viennoiserie Masterclass with the one and only Alexis Bouillet. Over these three days, they had the pleasure of learning valuable tips directly from the master himself.
After all their hard work, they created a fantastic buffet featuring Alexis’ signature recipes, including King pies, croffins, chocolate twists, croissant cubes and so much more.
