We had the honour of hosting a highly technical 3-day Viennoiserie Masterclass led by Chef Alexis Bouillet, and we can’t thank him enough for sharing his invaluable expertise, which culminated in a fantastic buffet featuring his signature creations.

Our chefs have completed an incredible 3-day Viennoiserie Masterclass with the one and only Alexis Bouillet. Over these three days, they had the pleasure of learning valuable tips directly from the master himself.

After all their hard work, they created a fantastic buffet featuring Alexis’ signature recipes, including King pies, croffins, chocolate twists, croissant cubes and so much more.
