It’s an immense pleasure to welcome World Pastry Champion Otto Tay to our kitchen.

A leading figure in Asian pastry and a powerhouse in the global industry, Otto Tay's career is far from boring. Gifted with a competitive spirit, Otto was honoured as Malaysia's Most Outstanding Young Pastry Chef and won gold at the Culinary Malaysia Food & Hotel Malaysia show. He also demonstrated exceptional leadership by leading his team to victory at the Asian Pastry Cup 2018 and triumphing at the World Pastry Cup in Lyon, France. 

Beyond competitions, Otto hosts masterclasses worldwide, seamlessly blending Asian and European influences in his exquisite creations.

During this hands-on training, Chef Otto Tay will share 12 recipes highlighting fascinating entremets and petits gateaux.

Drawing inspiration from his Malaysian background and international experiences, Otto will introduce vibrant and refreshing flavours through harmonious fruit combinations. During this interactive masterclass, Otto will impart essential skills and knowledge required to achieve impeccable textures, including the perfect mousse, fillings, inserts, and glazes, to elevate your pastry skills to the next level.
