During these two immersive days of creative exploration, Chef Perrinet guided guests through the techniques and philosophy behind Asian fusion pastry - a dialogue between French precision and Asian inspiration. The guest learned how to blend different Ls Vergers Boiron purées to create a balance of flavours, as well as how Japanese influences can be incorporated into pastry creations.
